Ingredients :
1/2 tsp white pepper
4 large cloves of garlic
3 tbsp fish sauce
2 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp turmeric
2 tbsp brown sugar
Instructions:
1. Pound the garlic into a paste. (I couldn't do this step as my processer died on me.)
2. Mix all the marinate ingredients in a bowl.
3. Coat 2 large chicken legs with skin on with the marinate well and refrigerate for at least 1 to 2 hours. (i left mine for 6 hrs)
4. Bake in pre heated oven at 200 degree for 40 mins. Turn the chicken in between to get it cooked evenly. (Alternatively you can grill it)
5. Remove from oven when it is done and serve!
Note: original recipe calls for coriander seeds and cilantro stems which i didn't have so i skipped that.

Coca-Cola Chicken Wings
Recipe for Coca-Cola Chicken Wings
Ingredients
1/2kg chicken wings
2 tablespoon dark soya sauce ( for marinate )
500ml coca-cola
2 tablespoon dark soya sauce ( for cooking )
Cooking oil ( agar agar enough to fried the wings )
Method
Marinate the wings with 2 tablespoon soya sauce for few hours ( I marinate overnite to make it more fragrance )
Fried the wings with cooking oil for about 5 minutes
Once ready take out some of the oil n put aside the add in coca-cola and add in the 2 tablespoon dark soya sauce to cook it till the coke become thick n sticky then serve.

Baked Chicken Sausage Pie for Family using Frozen Prata
(Enough for 6 pies – used 4 inch aluminium round cup)
Ingredients:
1 Carrot – Diced and boil with water till soft (do not throw the water)
6 Chicken sausages – cut into small pieces (or any meat of your choice)
1 table spoon butter
4 table spoons of Campbell chicken cream soup
A pinch pepper
Some Parsley flakes
3 hard boiled eggs – cut into half
12 pcs Frozen prata (must be slightly defrost)
1 egg yolk with water for egg wash (ratio 1:1)
1) Stir fried the sausages with butter in low heat for about 5 mins.
2) Add in boiled carrot with its water and 4 tbsp of Campbell chicken cream soup. Stir well and let it stew for about 2-3 mins
3) If it is too dry, can add some water . Add in pepper and parsley flakes when almost done. Set aside to cool down.
4) Press 1 prata in the aluminium cup , must be slightly defrost.
5) Add in the cooked ingredients and hard boil egg. Cover with 1 prata, fold and tuck in.
6) Brush with egg wash and bake in pre-heat oven 200 degree for 25-30 mins.

HELLO KITTY STEAM CAKE
Ingredients:
(makes 4-5 steam cakes)150g Morinaga pancake mix
2 small eggs
30g sugar
45g milk
45g plain yoghurt
20g unsalted butter, melted
1 tsp baking powder
1 + 1/2 tbsp plain flour
1 tbsp cocoa powder
a little Wilton pink gel colour
a little Wilton yellow gel colour
Instructions :
1. Whisk egg and sugar in mixing bowl.
2. Add in yoghurt and milk till well blended.
3.Stir in melted butter.
4.Sift in pancake mix and baking powder and fold till well blended. Set aside 1 tbsp of the mixture and fill it in a pipping bag, you will need it for step 10 later.
5.Scoop 2 tbsp of batter from step 4, add 1 tbsp of dark cocoa powder,mix well. Spoon in pipping bag.
6.Scoop 1 tbsp of batter from step 4, add in 1/2 tbsp of flour. Add on a little yellow colouring using toothpick. Mix well. Spoon in pipping bag. Scoop 2 tbsp of batter from step 4, add on some pink colouring using toothpick, mix well. Spoon in pipping bag, set aside for step 10 later.
7.Fill cupcake cups with remaining mixture, fill till around 70% full. Tap cups lightly to remove air bubbles.
8.Pipe on Hello Kitty details, brown for eyes and whiskers and yellow for nose.
9.Steam cupcakes over preheated steamer on low heat for 12 minutes. When steaming, please cover pot lid with a cloth, to prevent water from dripping onto the cakes and spoiling the designs. Remember to use cloth to lay over cupcakes to prevent water dripping from steaming into batter, which will smudge the drawings.
10.Pipe out ears using white dough from step 4. Pipe out bow using pink dough from step 6. Pipe on a tray lined with baking paper, steam for around 3 minutes.
11.Make a cut with a knife on the cake, so that you can slot in the ears.

Exotic Food: Roasted Crocodile
Crocodiles are one of the scariest creatures under water on ponds, rivers and some some sea. But did you ever think that this heart falling creatures can be serve as food on fiesta and other occasions?
In Davao, Philippines there is a farm that breed crocodiles and sell their meat on the market, some are chopped and some are serve as whole roasted crocodile. Here are some pictures that I have check on the internet.
This picture looks yummy at the same time scary as its head looks like alive with a coconut on it.
Crocodile market is growing in the Philippines specially in Davao. Not only its meat but it whole package as its skin is also market international as for leather.
Note: This crocodiles are being breed and has an environmental permit.
